Xpert uses your personality and real-life preferences to connect you with careers, and with the actual duties of a job, that suit how you work best. Thirty eight questions, about four minutes, no resume needed.

How it works
Most assessments send your results straight to whoever paid for them. Xpert does not. You see them first, and nothing reaches a company unless you choose it.
Answer thirty eight questions. Plain statements about how you work. No right answers, nothing to fail.
Read your results. Written to you in ordinary English, with no scores and nothing that reads like a school report.
Choose what to share. Your results come in five parts, all switched off to begin with. Turn one on and you see the exact words an employer would read, before you decide.
Change your mind whenever. Stop sharing a section, or all of it, and it disappears from their side straight away.
For companies
Hand out a code to the people you are hiring, or to the team you already have. You see who was invited and who finished. Everything beyond that, each person chooses to show you.
You read about a person, not a result. Fit for the role with a sentence saying why, their strengths, and how to get their best work. No charts and no jargon.
Internal moves worth a conversation, which is often the most useful thing on the page for someone already on your team.
A section someone did not share says so, with a note to ask them. Nothing is hidden or faked, and it cannot be bought.
The company view is a web page built for the phone in your pocket, not a dashboard that needs a desk.
What we will not do
Xpert describes fit, not ability or eligibility. Matches come from your own answers and public occupational duty data. Read the privacy policy for exactly what is collected and who can see it.
